Item Swap / Return Request

Exchanges or returns can be made up to 48 hours from the moment the product is received, provided that the product is undamaged and has not been used. When returning or exchanging a product, an exchange/return form must be filled out. Once customer service receives the form, a query is opened to ascertain the reason for the return. Returns and exchanges made via courier will incur a charge of 50 ILS paid by the customer only. There is no refund for the cost of shipping for collection and return. The exchange will be made provided that the product is in its original packaging, in good condition, and has not been used. There is no guarantee that the requested size or item is in stock.

Exchanges and returns can also be made by visiting the warehouse in person, with prior coordination, up to 48 hours from the receipt of the shipment.

The refund will be issued minus a 5% fee from the value of the return or 100 shekels, whichever is less. *The monetary credit will appear in your account within 15 business days from the date the package is received at our warehouse, to ensure that the product indeed arrived without any damage.
